Prospective residents and families
Understand the plan.
Ask the questions that matter.
Choosing a future home involves questions about privacy, support, costs and daily life. The team welcomes general questions about the proposed Meridian community.
How to learn more
Begin with information.
A residential inquiry does not reserve an apartment, determine eligibility or register anyone for support services.
Ask a housing question
Use the residential information form for a general question about the proposed community.
Choose whether to receive updates
Development updates are a separate, optional choice.
Review the details as they are confirmed
The team will explain the residential terms, application process and service choices as the project develops.
Questions from families
Useful things to know.
These answers describe the proposed model. They do not establish current availability or a service commitment.
Who is the community being designed for?
The concept is intended for neurodivergent adults seeking a home with access to support. Residential criteria and the support the community could offer are being defined.
Have the apartments been constructed?
The apartments have not been constructed. The architectural and interior images illustrate proposed designs.
Is there a confirmed opening date?
The current opening schedule needs to be confirmed. The team would share development and opening updates with people who ask for residential updates.
Would a resident have to use Navera services?
Housing terms, service choices and any participation requirements will be explained before an application or service agreement is offered.
How would housing and services be paid for?
Housing and Navera services would have separate agreements and costs. The team will explain confirmed fees and available payment options before enrollment. No insurance coverage or assistance fund is promised here.
How could family members take part?
The adult resident would help decide how family members participate. Support information sharing would use the appropriate permissions rather than automatic access for every family member.
Could residents work or study elsewhere?
The concept includes participation beyond the property. Specific education, employment and community opportunities would depend on individual interests and confirmed arrangements.
Should I send an evaluation or medical history?
Please do not send support records or health details through the residential form or public chat. Questions about Navera services should begin through a separate conversation with the team.
What happens after an inquiry?
A residential inquiry from the contact form is sent by email to Amy Edgar on the Meridian team, who can reply to the address you give. It is not added to a medical record or a patient account.
